The blues- Felted Tweed
A lovely and affirming sweater which is a bit demanding to make. On some rounds you are working with 3 colors at the same time, sometimes with more than 5 stitches in between each color change. Make sure you cross the yarn around each other on the wrong side to keep it neat. You will need to work the stranded colorwork pattern back and forth in rows at the top of the body and sleeve cap. But it is worth the effort, good luck!

COL1: Melange clay 177: 2 (3, 3, 3, 4, 4) skeins.
COL2: Melange seaside 178: 1 (2, 2, 2, 3, 4) skeins.
COL3: Melange granite 191: 2 (2, 2, 3, 3, 3) skeins.
COL4: Melange watery 152: 2 (2, 2, 3, 3, 3) skeins.
COL5: Melange avocado 161: 1 (1, 2, 2, 2, 2) skeins.
COL6: Melange duck egg 173: 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1) skein.
COL7: Melange peony 183: 1 (1, 1, 1, 1,1) skein.
 
NOTIONS
Waste yarn and yarn needle.
 
NEEDLES
3 mm/US 2.5 and 3.5 mm/US 4 and 4 mm/US 6 circular needle (80 cm/32” and 40 cm/16”).
3.5 mm/US 4 and 4 mm/US 6 DPNs.
Adjust needle size as needed to match gauge.
 
GAUGE
22 sts in stranded colorwork in st st using 4 mm/US 6 measures 10 cm/4” across.
